Ann Procter

Ann Procter is a communications and international development specialist with more than twenty years of experience designing media, advocacy, and fundraising initiatives across over ten countries. She has served as Communications Advisor to USAID-funded rule of law projects in Afghanistan and Kenya and held senior roles at the United States Institute of Peace and Equal Access.

Ann holds a master’s degree in Social and Public Policy from Georgetown University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Davis. Her expertise includes strategic communications, civil society engagement, and media development in complex environments.
