Fawad Nazami , Treasurer

A native of Afghanistan, Fawad Nazami has over fifteen years of experience in diplomacy and international relations, including serving at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Afghanistan as Political Counselor in Washington, D.C., and First Secretary to the European Union and NATO in Brussels. He has also worked as a Program Officer at Freedom House, focusing on governance, human rights, and democratic development. Fawad currently serves as Treasurer of Global Resilience, applying his expertise to advance humanitarian assistance, sustainable development, and global cooperation.

He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and is recognized for his work in negotiation, treaty drafting, and fostering international partnerships that promote peace and resilience.
