Mohammad Moheq

Mohammad Moheq is the Editor-in-Chief of Hasht-e-Subh Daily News Agency. He is an Islamic studies scholar, diplomat, and university professor with extensive experience in research, teaching, and public engagement. He has published widely on Islamic theology and social reform and is recognized for his contributions to education and intellectual discourse in Afghanistan.

Mr. Moheq studied Islamic interpretation and theology at Herat University, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad, and Cairo University. He assumed leadership of Hasht-e-Subh during a period of significant national transition and continues to guide the agency’s editorial mission and journalistic integrity.
